Increase your chances of winning new business with quality, high spec printing

In the busy world we live in, we often don’t dedicate the time to new business that we should. And yet we all know that a beautifully crafted proposal or slick presentation can make all the difference.

It’s something that one of our longest-standing clients, Kingston Smith LLP, recognised when they came to us for advice. They really wanted to impress a potential client on an upcoming piece of new business. Of course, they needed it to get across their services, to show how they could add-value and deliver. It absolutely needed to stand out on their merits. Yet they also understood that the overall look and feel of the proposal could impact the decision-making process.

That’s why they came to us. To produce a high-end, quality new business proposal that would reinforce their message and strengthen their position – using our full creative services from design all the way to express delivery.

Able to draw on our expert experience, we presented them with a number of creative routes that we were confident could achieve their goals. In the end, they picked an A4 landscape design that had a creased cover (350gsm Arco), holding 24pp text (170gsm Arco) and was bound along the short-edge with two nickel screws.  It was the just the right finishing touch to give the proposal the touch of luxury it needed.

We delivered on time (turning the job around within two days from approval, delivered on the second day) and within budget. The result? One happy client. And that’s what makes us happy.

“Working with Print4UK is always effortless. That’s why we’ve used them for so long. So, when we approached them to come up with a proposal design for an important piece of new business, we knew we were in safe hands. We would have been pleased with any of the designs but selected one that we felt would really set us apart. And it has, as we won the business.”
