What the Printers say
The latest measures announced by the Prime Minister to control the coronavirus have hit some businesses much harder than others. The hospitality, leisure and events industry has been hit particularly hard, and so have the businesses that depend on them – including printers.
Print4UK was approached by the highly regarding Digital Printer Magazine for our view on the government’s statement, which they have now published on their website.
The importance of protecting the country from this invidious virus cannot be exaggerated but whether Boris’s approach is best, in the absence of a clear strategy, is disputed. The guidance issued has been too inconsistent and difficult for everyone to follow.
Having seen a very recent upturn in business, as we all came to terms with COVID secure working practices, with these new restrictions, we must now expect it to drop off again. What we thought was a light at the end of the tunnel appears to have been a head on train.
