It’s been a belting start to 2023. After securing a ream of nationality recognised awards, 4UKGroup director Chis Brady decided it was time to make the next big business investment.

Duplo’s DBM-600T combined with the DSF-2200 sheet feeder is the ideal near-line solution for high-volume printed sheets. Configured to meet our ever changing demands, the 600 system automates both folding and booklet production making our workflow run smoothly and efficiently. The intuitive PC control software allows operators to quickly program jobs, while changeovers happen in a matter of seconds. The entire automated system renders manual intervention nigh-on redundant, allowing productivity and growth in other areas of the 4UKGroup business.

The addition of the DSF2200 long sheet feeding mechanism was a no-brainer. The 8-belt feeding system with active air management is dependable, reliable and accurate. Feeding a wide variety of paper types and weights, the first booklet is always as good as the last!
